Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding pre-orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Eleven Zero Five is not responsible for delays caused by holidays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return or refund request, contact us.
