Standard Shipping: 2–12 working days
(Delivery time depends on the destination country.)

All ElevenZeroFive garments are 100% Made in Italy and produced directly by our team with great attention to quality.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• National holidays and public holidays;
• High order volumes during launches, sales or special events;
• Restocking of materials or garments;
• Production delays from Italian manufacturing partners or suppliers;
• Courier delays or other logistical disruptions.

In these situations, shipping may require additional processing time. We always work to dispatch every order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that these exceptional circumstances may affect estimated delivery times.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased from ElevenZeroFive must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment, in order to receive a refund. Please note: the shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded.

For both Exchanges and Returns, customer is the responsible of paying all shipping costs.

We recommend that customers outside EU who have doubts about the size, do not hesitate to ask us so that they do not have size problems once they receive the product. 

MONTHLY DROPS & SALES POLICY

This only applies to our monthly LIMITED EDITION drops and items on sale.

We only accept size exchanges (in case we have the requested size in stock), or a refund on STORE CREDIT. 

We do not offer money refunds on drop orders, and in both cases the customer is responsible of paying the shipping costs.

THIS IS DUE TO LIMITED EDITION DROP, ONE TIME DROP WITH NO RESTOCKS.

IF A PACKAGE IS SENT BACK TO US (WRONG ADDRESS OR NOT DELIVERED), CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR IT TO BE SHIPPED AGAIN.
